This unit has been used for about 2 years. It is cosmetically in good shape and doesn't have any scratches on the screen. The unit DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE for more than a few hours. And because of this I want to get rid of it. If you know how to fix Palms, or know what the problem could be, feel free to give it a shot. By bidding on this item you understand that it doesn't hold a charge for a few ours and you are willing to deal with it. Other than that the unit preforms in top notch shape.
